Independent hotel with welcoming staff. Huge & cheap room with 2 beds. Location near restaurants and other sights, and the lake. Also, to the theater. Overall a comfortable stay for the price.

The staff is very nice. The rooms are huge and cheap, with a whirlpool and all the amenities. The building is nice and has a good location, close to Lake Geneva, downtown, restaurants, and other sights.

The air conditioning worked great, and the hot showers were a wonderful way to relax. With friendly staff and a budget-friendly price, I will definitely be returning.

I had a really good stay for the price. the room had 2 beds. the location was convenient and easy, and the staff was very friendly. It was a 5-minute drive from Hoard Historical Museum, which was great.

I recently stayed at a locally owned hotel in Fort Atkinson for one night. The hotel was not busy/crowded, which was convenient for me. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel safe as a single female traveler. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a table, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bathroom was also very large. the Villa Inn met my needs perfectly and provided a comfortable place to sleep for the night.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

villa inn motel impressed me during my short stay in fort atkinson. the staff was friendly and the room had all the necessary amenities. the price was reasonable and the location was convenient for my needs. i would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

One downside was the lack of a hair dryer in the room.
